Established by long-time community leader William "Bill" Monroe, the center provides essential job readiness training, career counseling, and job placement assistance to underserved communities, such as single mothers, veterans, and ex-offenders. The center's commitment to empowering and uplifting the community echoes Harriet Tubman's own ideals.
